Bas has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and people. He has led customer organizations, driven digital transformation programs, and worked across sectors and cultures — always with the same underlying question: what actually needs to happen here, and what is getting in the way?

He joined 1for2 as a partner because he shares the conviction that the human dimension is where organizations succeed or fail. Not policies. Not processes. People — and whether they feel safe, capable, and genuinely supported.

He holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and has worked internationally across Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean. He leads the commercial development of 1for2 and is the driving commercial force behind the Caribbean Center of Excellence — a project that is as much about building something lasting as it is about growing a practice.

Bas is based in Rotterdam and travels regularly to the Caribbean for client work and the development of the regional center.
