Wolfgang Paardekooper combines 30+ years of financial expertise with emotionally intelligent boardroom coaching. After a long career at EY, where he served as partner until 2017, he founded ANDERS! to support executives, business owners and boards as a sparring partner and External Confidential Counselor.
Wolfgang connects the strategic and the human dimension of complex business challenges. He is relationship-driven, listens for what is really at stake, and brings a creative, sometimes unconventional perspective to the boardroom.
As LVV-registered External Confidential Counselor he supports organizations with undesirable behavior, integrity and reporting lines. His accountancy background and board experience give him a rare combination: financial rigour, governance instinct and a coach’s ear.
