Insights Discovery® is a psychometric tool grounded in the work of Carl Jung. It translates complex psychological theory into a practical framework around color energies, giving people a shared language for communication, collaboration, and leadership.
Unlike assessments that sort people into fixed types, Insights Discovery shows that all color energies are present in every person. The result is a rich Personal Profile that surfaces preferences, strengths, and growth areas.

Each color energy carries its own set of preferences and behaviors. They’re all present in every person, what makes a profile unique is their order and intensity.
Fiery red
Extraverted, thinking

Sunshine yellow
Extraverted, feeling
Enthusiastic, sociable, inspiring. Sunshine yellow brings warmth and momentum. People with a strong yellow preference connect others, generate ideas, and carry contagious optimism.
Earth green
Introverted, feeling
Caring, patient, values-driven. Earth green brings depth and steadiness. People with a strong green preference listen carefully and build trust.
Cool blue
Introverted, thinking
Analytical, precise, objective. Cool blue asks the questions others miss. People with a strong blue preference think things through and ground decisions in evidence.
Grounded in Jung, built for practice
Insights Discovery is rooted in Jung’s theory of psychological types, with attitudes (introversion and extraversion) and functions (thinking, feeling, sensing, intuition). These combine into eight psychological types, mapped on a wheel of 72 positions.
The Insights Discovery evaluator uses 25 word-pair frames to surface a person’s type preferences. The result is a precise position on the wheel, translated into a Personal Profile.
