TWO LEGAL FRAMEWORKS

Two kinds of reports, two approaches

Integrity (I)

Whistleblowers’ Protection Act. Conflict of interest, deception, fraud, abuse of power, corruption. The organization gets the first chance to resolve internally — we make this transparent to the reporter from the very first contact.

Undesirable Behavior (UB)

Working Conditions Act. (Sexual) harassment, bullying, discrimination, aggression, violence. Confidentiality always applies, without exception. The reporter decides what happens with the report.

Reporting economy

We invoice only what we actually do

€155 per hour (excl. VAT), on average 2.5 to 3 hours per case. The number and duration of reports are unpredictable — Invoices never include details from the reporter nor any of the details regarding the issue.
