An external confidential counselor offers an independent point of contact for employees dealing with unwanted behavior, integrity issues, or other work-related concerns. We listen, advise, and guide. We are independent of your organization.
An internal confidential counselor is an employee of your own organization. An external confidential counselor sits entirely outside the organization and has no stake in internal dynamics. This strengthens trust and independence.
In the Netherlands the Working Conditions Act (Arbowet) requires employers to address psychosocial workload, including unwanted behavior. Appointing a confidential counselor is one of the measures the Labour Inspectorate expects. For organizations with 50+ employees, the Whistleblower Protection Act applies as well.
We work with three fixed annual subscriptions: Foundation (€ 4,800 / year), Partnership (€ 9,600 / year), and Executive (€ 18,000 / year). Employees can submit a report through the secure Whistleblower Software platform, confidentially or fully anonymously. The platform is available in 80+ languages, 24 hours a day. After a report, secure two-way communication is possible.
The report is read solely by the assigned confidential counselor. Without the reporter’s permission we take no action. The reporter always retains agency over the next step.
The confidential counselor reports periodically to the client, but only in anonymized form. No names, no identifying details. We do share trends, signals, and policy recommendations.
Once the agreement is signed, we are typically operational within two weeks. This includes setting up the reporting platform and introducing the service to your employees.
