Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool grounded in the psychology of Carl Jung. It translates complex psychological theory into a practical, memorable framework built around four colour energies — giving people a shared language for how they prefer to communicate, collaborate and lead.
Unlike assessments that sort people into fixed types, Insights Discovery shows that all four energies are present in every person — just in different proportions. The result is a rich Personal Profile that reveals preferences, strengths and development areas in a way that is both immediate and deeply personal.

Each colour energy represents a distinct set of preferences and behaviours. All four are present in every person — what makes each profile unique is the order and intensity in which they show up.
Fiery red

Determined. Driven. Decisive. Fiery Red energy leads with purpose and results. Those with a strong Red preference act quickly, take charge and thrive under pressure — expecting the same directness from those around them.
Sunshine yellow
Extroverted · Feeling
Enthusiastic. Sociable. Inspiring. Sunshine Yellow energy brings warmth and momentum. Those with a strong Yellow preference connect people, generate ideas and bring infectious optimism to complex and ambiguous situations.
Earth green
Introverted · Feeling
Caring. Patient. Values-driven. Earth Green energy brings depth and steadiness. Those with a strong Green preference listen deeply, build trust over time and hold the relational fabric of a team together.
Cool blue
Introverted · Thinking
Analytical. Precise. Objective. Cool Blue energy asks the questions others miss. Those with a strong Blue preference think carefully, maintain rigorous standards and ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and logic.

Insights Discovery is built on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types — specifically his model of the attitudes (introversion and extraversion) and the functions (thinking, feeling, sensing and intuition). These combine to create eight distinct psychological types, mapped onto a wheel of 72 positions.
The Insights Discovery evaluator uses 25 word-pair frames to determine an individual’s type preferences. The result is a precise position on that wheel — and a Personal Profile that translates it into practical, meaningful insight.
