Resolving conflict at the table
Independent guidance in conflicts between leaders, teams or stakeholders, aimed at workable outcomes without the weight of the courtroom.

A conflict between directors that paralyzes the organization. A working relationship where dialogue is needed before the move toward an attorney becomes irreversible. A dispute between shareholders or partners where the long-term relationship matters. Mediation creates space to be heard, before positions harden.
Workplace, business and international, restorative justice. Our mediators work in every context where dialogue threatens to stall.
Mediation only works under strict conditions: everything said at the table stays inside. Participation is voluntary and can be ended at any time. The process follows a mediation agreement and ends in a settlement agreement that holds up legally.
A mediation starts with a confidential intake with each party separately. We then record in a mediation agreement how the process will look, which rules apply, and where confidentiality lies. The joint sessions follow, in which the mediator creates space to be heard, for perspective and for the search for a workable outcome.
Our mediators are IMI-certified or registered in the ADR Register. Attention is our craft, also when the conversation briefly comes to a halt.
Mediation resolves a conflict at the table, yet what lies beneath often remains an organizational question. At 1for2 we connect mediation with confidential counseling, leadership development and cultural intervention. What becomes visible at the table, we can anchor in the structure around it, so the same fault lines do not break open again.
The methods and frameworks behind our mediation are described in our Center of Excellence. Transparent, traceable, with source references.
